An Operator Who Learned to Build
I'm Roman Vaxman — founder of CTF Designs, based in Murrieta, CA. My background isn't a traditional agency story. Before I ever wrote a line of code professionally, I served in the IDF as Combat Search & Rescue — one of Israel's most elite and demanding units. That experience shaped how I think about every project: precision matters, there's no room for sloppy execution, and the mission doesn't end until it's done right.
After military service, I built and operated businesses across hospitality and tech, learning from the ground up what it actually takes to run an operation under pressure. I know what it's like to have everything riding on whether something works — and that mindset carries into every website I build.
Today I build premium digital experiences for businesses ready to grow. I'm also the founder of SoCal Receptionist (an AI-powered receptionist platform) and WebLaunchGuard (a website security & compliance scanner). I build what I use, and I use what I build.
